Welcome

Welcome to our family! We want you to feel at home here.

Our desire is to help you on your journey in your relationship with God.

We have something in common.

We who share a personal relationship with Jesus Christ worship Him whenever we get together. We preach His Gospel. We believe in His power to change people. We want others to know Him.

We are all about personal, spiritual growth.

Personal growth is normal and expected, so we are constantly working at helping people to grow. We think that people grow differently, so we work to meet people wherever they are and help them to take the next step. We don’t have any people who have “arrived,” so if you are not perfect yet, you will be right at home!

What to Expect

You’ll be given a bulletin that will tell you about things that are going on at CSBC. You will enjoy our worship with traditional hymns and inspirational choruses, as well as purposeful messages dealing with real-life, real-time issues. Pastor Guenther’s messages, based solidly on Biblical teaching, together with practical application, will guide you towards growing in your faith and applying God’s Word to your family, job, and life.

Origins

CornerStone Baptist Church began by faith as a result of several ladies faithfully praying for God to send a Bible-believing preacher to Woodstock. Beginning in June 2000, CornerStone was formed, meeting in a Seventh Day Adventist church building. Months later, God miraculously provided the funding for our current building.
